Each Spartan Officer must complete all required courses set forth by the State of Texas and pass a rigorous background check, including having their fingerprints checked and cleared by the FBI as a requirement for employment. In addition, all of our Officers must undergo random drug screening throughout their employment.

Spartan Officers receive continuous training and support, both on and off duty. Our On-Field Supervisors visit each Officer at every post during every shift to assure you receive the best service possible, and that they have the guidance and assistance when needed.
